I have recently completed Cert IV Public Relations at Central Institute of Technology and have commenced the Diploma of Public Relations, which will be completed at the end of 2010!
It's my reality right now lol. I agree with both of you. Sort of.
Therese I don't blame you for not wanting to aim to high, I sometimes wish I didn't have what appears to be unachievable aspirations.
Keith, yes this would look like negative spin for PR.
But unfortunately Therese, you can get rid of those aspirations even if you try to tell yourself to forget about it. The whole beauty of PR is that there's always an angle, always a new idea and always a way to get yourself somewhere. Sometimes that angle is hidden under a whole pile of rubbish. I'm currently sifting through the rubbish lol
